I understand that the sponsorship materials, banners, etc. will be sent to the partner's office and the CBL contact will be responsible for picking the materials, banners, etc. up from the sponsor's office and having them placed at the CBL games and/or events. I agree to provide the CBL corporate office or their printing vendors with any logos, art work, etc. that they my request to in order to fulfill our sponsorship agreement. If I do not provide the requested materials I understand that our company will still be billed for our sponsorship order. I understand that our sponsorship with the CBL is for marketing and branding purposes and the expense associated with our sponsorship should be considered as a donation to CBL Communities, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization. All billing is on a Net 30 term.
