Community Basketball Leagues offers the following leagues and services:
Introduction to basketball for toddlers (ages 2 to 5)
Take fun time with a basketball theme and you’ve got the CBL’s introduction to basketball for toddlers ages 2 to 5. In this program toddlers are taught how fun basketball can be and they are taught the four cornerstones of basketball, which are, teamwork, sportsmanship, fun, and basic fundamentals like dribbling, passing, offense, and defense. This program does not promise to make your son or daughter will be the next basketball superstar, we only promise that they will have fun and hopefully fall asleep in the car on the way home.
Youth basketball league (ages 6 to 16)
Developmental, fair, and fun is what the CBL’s youth basketball league are about. Never will you as a parent pay money to see your child not play or have fun in a league or with a team. All players get equal playing time in our youth league and our focus is on the “development” of each player and not so much which team wins or loses. Staying active in basketball and consistent development over time is a proven method to becoming a great basketball player and the CBL youth league operate with this methodology in mind.
Adult Co-ed basketball league (ages 17 and up)
This is the Ultimate Amateur Basketball Experience! This is the CBL’s flagship league complete with a player draft, trading, full game and player statistics, all-star game, interactive website, and more. The adult co-ed basketball league is the closest thing to a professional basketball experience. For players wanting more in recreational basketball league look no further. This league will appeal to your competitiveness, your fantasy, and possibly even your vanity, but make no mistake about it, you will have FUN! This league has also proven to be a family favorite weekly event.
35 and up basketball league
Let’s face it… some of you still have the love for the game, but not the legs. Well, no worries! For players that are 35 years of age and above we have a league experience that is specifically for you. This league will put you against other peers that are no longer interested in playing basketball for points, fame, and glory. These players are looking to play to stay active and get a good sweat, but don’t make the mistake of thinking this is not a competitive league because some of these guys still have a little something left in the tank...
Classic pick-up basketball league (ages 6 and up)
This is classic pick-up basketball with a twist. Get on the game list 24 hours before the classic pick-up basketball night and play in a winner takes all tournament style pick-up game that is monitored by the CBL league directors. Teams and players can win various prizes (non-monetary) that are sponsored or donated to the CBL. Only five players per pick-up team and prizes are announced the night of the games/league. The number of teams that player each night will be limited.
National College Community Basketball Leagues (NCCBL)
For secondary educational institutions with satellite campuses who are dissatisfied with their enrollment and retention rates and the lack of community and on-campus student life. Our company provides an athletic program that will engage the institution, the students, and the communities within the areas of the schools. Unlike the common secondary educational institutions that do not.
Semi-pro basketball league/teams (ages 17 and up)
Are you a player looking for the most serious and competitive basketball league environment? Well, if so, the CBL Exposure League, also known as the CBL E-League is the league for you. This league is the CBL’s version of the minor basketball league. New teams are popping up daily around the United States and soon the CBL E-League will feature some of the best basketball talent in the country and provide many opportunities for its players. Corporate basketball league (businesses only)
Today in corporate America most companies are realizing that they must have a competitive health and wellness program for their employees and nothing says it better than a company sports teams. Playing basketball is a great way to keep your employees active and happy. The CBL’s corporate league is specifically designed for local companies. We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift leagues so all of your employees who want to play, can play, and we have the CBL Corporate League Championship Tournament with some great incentives and prizes!
Women basketball league (ages 17 and up)
This is a great league experience for those women that are former basketball players or for women who are just plain tired of the traditional exercise class routine. This league offers the perfect mix of half of a trainer and half of a game experience. You have to experience it to understand it… this is not your typical women’s basketball league experience!
Wheelchair basketball league
We had to have a league for the most committed basketball players in the country! That’s right, the CBL wheelchair league are just as fun and competitive for our players, and in this league there is no such thing as being handicapped.
Water basketball league (youth and adult)
Take water polo and mix it together with basketball and you’ve got the CBL’s water basketball league. This is a great workout for those players that have been given orders of no more basketball by the doctor or for those who are looking for something different in a workout. In this league your legs and knees never feel the pressure and pounding of running and jumping because you’re playing in a weightless environment. In this league, it’s either sink or score!
Basketball camps, clinics, and tournament
This is always a favorite for our participants and for our CBL operators and staff! Players come and enjoy a fun-filled week or session of fundamentals and skill improvement at our camps, clinics, or tournaments. Some of our camps will feature special guest speakers and some of the top high school, college, and professional basketball players. Basketball training and scouting services
Whether you are a youth or adult, if you are serious about becoming a great basketball player you will at some point need some extra training and/or support. The CBL’s licensed trainers can help you with achieving your personal basketball goals and development needs. Talented people who are untrained are most likely our future failures... Get the training you need to have the success you want!
Sponsorship development for sports programs
Do you need sponsorship for your sports program and/or team? Do you understand how the sponsorship process works? Are you marketing your program in the right way? The CBL specializes in developing sponsorship programs for amateur-based sports programs and/or teams.
